The 2nd ION Filmfestival is now over and announced its winners.
Surprisingly, machinima is not mentioned in the list of winners at all. After only accepting three machinima entries, the machinima category seems to be removed entirely from the site, at least i could not find any hint to it whatsoever, except for the machinima.com sponsoring Link.

Could this be another Ottawa incident? Is machinima not ready for animation festivals yet?
